I will only communicate with you as a direct result of you initiating contact with me and for any subsequent required communication leading up to and including the time of your ceremony.  Contact after the ceremony will only be made with your prior consent or if initiated by you.

The information I collect will be for the sole purpose of creating and delivering your ceremony. You will have the opportunity to approve the ceremony script in its entirety in advance of me delivering it once I have received full payment.

 Any personal details imparted to me regarding you and your family will not be disclosed to anyone other than those to whom it directly relates, those involved in the ceremony and/or your invited guests.

Personal information will be retained for six years, after which it will be destroyed. Your script will be stored on a secure computer file, password protected, and any print outs will be shredded after use, except for any souvenir copies given to you. Any notes taken will be destroyed after use.

 Should a recording device be used during our discussions, it will be for the sole purpose of creating your ceremony and any data gathered on it pertaining to you, your family and your ceremony will be deleted immediately after use.

Your information will only be used for the purposes outlined in this policy. I will not sell or distribute your information to third parties.
